A female teacher I admired the most in my high school once said a very profound sentence:" Forget whatever you should forget.Remember whatever you should remember.Change whatever you can change.Accept whatever you can't change." I think it's very meaningful.
For me,I couldn't decide who should teach me,So I'd better accept it rather than complain about it and it was useless.
Even though I didn't like his class.I still had my keen interest in English and my ideal university.I should hold fast to my dreams. It shouldn't be bothered by any obstacles.
I just finished the homework he asigned.Whenever I couldn't agree with him,I just thought in my own way.In the English exams,I always ranked NO.1.Gradually,I became his favourate student. However, troubles came too.
Frankly speaking,he treated me very well.He only favoured students who had a decent grade. However, when it comes to a student with poor grade,he would always throw bad words to him or her.Oh,that's not fair! I think everyone should be respected as we all have self-esteem.
In his class,I was always to answer all of the tough questions he raised.I think that was a challenge to answer his weird questions.Anyway,I did it.Sometimes wrong, sometimes exactly right.Well.I didn't care.As most of the questions were concerned with grammer which I considered the least important,I didn't think too much.I think the sense of language is the most vital.Even though I didn't know the theory well,I could did the multiple choices correctly. So I thought there's no point in focusing too much emphasis on grammer which is absolutely boring to most of us.
However, soon I reallised I was wrong.Since I couldn't solve all the problems only with my sense of language. There were always something I couldn't explain.I knew that's what he had been focusing on.That is the grammer rules. So I come to realize that he was right.
Everything has a rhyme and reason.I think I should pursuit an idea that nothing should be taken granted for.I must know the fact and how come it went like that.Since then,my attitude towards him and his class altered totally.
